south east facing less heat from the sun in the towards evening compare to north west facing and hence the price different? or is it because of feng shui?

dash wont make a diff. waiting for direct entrance to GCH and LATAR. long term, hope SG Buloh MRT kena tarik along Jln Sg Buloh all the way to BSC then left down into Puncak Alam onwards to Klang/Shah Alam - make a big loop. I believe someday it will happen.

Maybe around 50% je yg dah book.  Awal bulan ni i pilih rumah ada byk lg yg kosong. Kata sales person dekat galery tu ramai yg loan reject. Last week i byr dep pon sales person tu cakap byk lg. Tgk nasib.
