It seems this thread was quite for one month, almost.

Go visit show unit of Ixora2, seriously considering it but draw back was location.

Kind to provide some input?

Currently reside at Kepong.

i think the location issue already discussed repeatedly for quite some time... there is only few questions u need ask yourself and answer to yourself... is this house worth the effort of you driving further to your work place? and willing to fork out extra toll for it? what other felt in this thread is bias and subjective.... as for jam.... i think kepong to your workplace is more jam than BSC to your workplace.... but in absolute KM... kepong to PJ is way nearer....

indeed, bottom line is up to u based on your budget and type of house u preferred for. in term of location distance to your workplace, this place no way better than your current residential laugh.gif

south east facing less heat from the sun in the towards evening compare to north west facing and hence the price different? or is it because of feng shui?

congrats on your purchase and welcome to the neighborhood. it's definitely going to take a while to get to work and back. to PJ u can take guthrie - federal where you exit near shah alam then head all the way straight to PJ. or you can take the old road and exit LDP toll like you would from Kepong. or u can take latar - rawang selatan - damansara exit. see which works best for you smile.gif

dash wont make a diff. waiting for direct entrance to GCH and LATAR. long term, hope SG Buloh MRT kena tarik along Jln Sg Buloh all the way to BSC then left down into Puncak Alam onwards to Klang/Shah Alam - make a big loop. I believe someday it will happen.

It might happen, but not in 5 years time at least...

SA said there will be BRT similar like Sunway from Sg Buloh MRT to BSC, which I don't think is true/realistic

5 years was too optimistic, i will said 30 years

yes, it's a proposal BRT on ground but not something likes elevated Sunway.

Banyan 1 sold out but there are sub-sale units which aren't too far from developer's price. Banyan 2 might still have. Call the sales gallery and find out.
