dpluze memang btr than damen. nobody said otherwise. u might have noticed i am very critical on damen too. i have no idea what u r uttering about trees and math and shell and refinery and petrol or visiting cyber...i dont even want to waste my time and energy trying to understand you.

my short clear easy point summary abt why im afraid of cyber:
1) oversupply
2) bank tightening loan
3) tenant profile

please try to talk like a human.

oops i wasnt the one who started insulting or talking nonsense. if the mod found me offensive i wouldn't be still here.

again i state that for obvious reasons i cannot leak internal bank communications. this is my recent conversation with a banker since cyberbosses insist on proof. its not the best type of proof but its all normal folks can show without getting in trouble. its not the only bank or banker i asked on this topic and the answer is the same.

LOL....every property I purchased, I deal with at least 4-5 bankers from different, all banks have their own evaluation system,1 banker's opinion never represent all....never heard they see "location" as a main concern in evaluating an application.

it is vr common that banker like to talk like expert as if they know investment vr well, when u ask them, they like to put a lot of personal opinion.

If u exaggerate a personal opinion from certain banker and interpret their msg like stop lending to cyber buyer/investor, then all the developer die la....there will be no loan sales in cyber this year and this is impossible.

Talk into the property issue be it bull or bear, but not talk who is right or wrong.

As of now, it's lakefront and lamanview. Lake front is open for registration while lamanview already closed and went thru few rounds for unit selection.
