I just visit their booth in dpulze mall yesterday...

Package fully furnish and the price quite cheap/competitive. They are launching their 1st phase.

Anyone looking for value for money but frm smaller developer can go check it out.

Guys, what do you think about the DPulze service apartments (453sf and 676sf) in comparison with other existing / new apartments surrounding that area? 

Bro as I know most land in cyber is for commercial, very few residential. But the term service apartment make me unsure.

Are the project build on resi or commi land?

If commi, they got hda? Heard from setia haruman staff most new project in cyber year 2015 don't have hda.

When is the completion date

The new one land on commercial bro. Service apartment/service residence usually all commercial one.

But this one quite cheap srsly. Go view in doulze bro. 450sqft fully furnish ard 270k++. 650sqft around 350-380k like that..the biggest unit 800-900sqdt i dun remember around 420-450k

Waa really cheap. It's the price range in year 2011 (Shaftbury) Price after discount or before?  So cheap sure got catch one.... I am a little bit scared of these tbh.

50/50 unsure yet. The 1st block gonna be the cheapest and the best view. Choose the one overlooking symphony hill and sejati residence. Dont choose the opposite view. Price around the same 🤔😙
