Cyberjaya no matter how its twisted and turned is not a place for investment. Ok for ownstay je. Rental yield close to zero. I know cuz been renting a unit for my expat colleagues for 10 years d. Hse owner even scared to increase rent
Is how govt give priorty to ccc. Ccc flop bye bye cyber |

Cyber mainly telco and it guy buy one la. Those not in the industry wont buy. Students cannot afford so out of the picture. Again cyber ownstay jalan. Invest neans better tarik hand break.

Further more cyber land is sold more expensive to developer compared to other places

Agree. It should be free for G.M
