CYBERJAYA, 24 Dis (Bernama) -- Seorang warga Nigeria terjatuh dari Tingkat 12, Apartment Neocyber di Lingkaran Cyberpoint Barat.

Dalam kejadian kira-kira 1.30 tengah hari tadi itu, Mohammad Abdul Karim Garna, 30, dikatakan cuba memasuki rumah rakannya yang terletak bersebelahan rumahnya dengan memanjat bahagian koridor.

"Namun dia terjatuh dari tingkat tersebut hingga ke tingkat lima," katanya.

Izman berkata pelajar berkenaan didapati terbaring di atas lantai serta tidak sedarkan diri.

so the one parks at proper carpark have to call the name card, wait for 10-30mins for you that parked illegally in the 1st place to reverse the car? therefore your time is more valuable that mine? 

sometimes it can be due to insufficient parking in that area causing people to double/triple parking, but i saw people still double parking even though there are empty parking lots further away..
