Mamak @ Nasi Kandar is serious biz yo.. there's no such thing as "oversupply" for them 

don't be surprise if u see each row of shop (corner lot) have Mamak Nasi Kandar outlets & all of them is full with people 

Thats prob because the quality of food there does not match the expensive price. The Kayu at SS2 is also expensive but at least the food is consistently good.

Not aware about that, but car tow in front of shaftsbury quite efficient, gardening also vr frequent...

btw, if mps or majlis define a quality of town....then entire klang valley also the same la.

besides cyberjaya, where else are the nearest? dont think they wanna stay in jungle like cybersouth, dengkil or so kota warisan... With cyberjaya so happening, more liveable plus so high end like DPC or even MK, with reasonable house price.. ofcoz people prefer to stay in cbj.. or else, most of the project snapped off 50-80% all phanthom buyer?
