Between Dpulze and Tamarind, I prefer tamarind also, although Dpulze are great, but dpulze are smaller scale, just nice for neighbour mall.. Dpulze consider super successful..

Tamarind having a big challenge to beat Dpulze.. but if both can sit down and discuss the market scale catchment  then both can be successful.. if both are having similar varieties... Then only one could survive..

I hope there is no duplication, for example, starbucks, coffee beans, secret recipies, Baskin Robbins already available in dpulze.. so tamarind if they can pull Magnum, haagon daz, caribou coffee, illy coffee, lavazza coffee, Tokyo secret, then it will be the best.. hope no repeat all the branding..

agree that there should be more variety at tamarind sq and wont just duplicate dpulze's shops. Hope will have more bakeries

lakefront good for family have 3 rooms.

4 actually, as I opted for the Type F unit (3 bedrooms + attached studio). Dual key concept. I plan to turn the studio into my master bedroom. The other rooms and the living room are not very big, but I'm ok with that.

I've been eyeing Cyberjaya for years, but they didn't use to offer this kind of condo until recently. That's the upside of the silicon valley vision failure: CB is now becoming a place to reside in and enjoy.

There are other university at cbj and putrajaya.
like herriot watt,mmu,cucms,
university malaysia of computer science and engineering,
lkw
future will have segi.

many choice for my son.

My child joins Herriot Watt this year, a U with nice lake view also, RM 50m set up if have not mistaken ?

We need to be fair to our children , assess whether they can cope with their studies first.

What is the point of sending them to the among the " best" U , or taking the Best Studies ( to show off ? ) , and turning the children into failures if they could not really cope with and later drop out.

30% of our U new graduates are jobless and some are selling naki lemak after graduations , so there is no guarantee for success , Life after U .

Parents should be realistic and be open minded....and let the children enjoy their U life..........my choice maybe biggrin.gif

Ya look at the bright side, if CJ turned out to be more successful than SV years ago, then could be less chances for some of us to buy affordable properties in CJ . All could start with ..min ..Millions plus plus ...........

Early plans mostly for commercial developments, less for residential , later changed coz it failed to be SV...so we have a chance to stay in CJ, right ?

There would not be Mid Valley today if not because of many early planned developments for that pc of land failed .. badly

What I mean is many smaller projects were planed on that pc of land many years back, one after another , the projects failed to take off ..If one of them turned out to be successful in a super mini scale, it might just be called Mini Valley.

Then , there is no chance to build a super big one called MV , like the present one , or could be some Condos there too.

MV is born after many past failures.........projects failed to take off ...the ground

Your description is basically why many graduates are unemployable, knowledge learned is not worth the certificate.

If university set up cost is a yardstick, some local university opex is substantially more than rm50m p.a.

About 950+400 sqf IINM. But it's $640k, kind of expensive to me since I've seen a decent townhouse quite cheaper, albeit way out in Bangi.

If dual key unit like buying 2 separate unit already. For that price i think its worth it.

Can stay in 1 unit and rentout the other to subsidize the loan

950 + 342 = 1292 sqft. 600-635k after discount, depending on whether the unit face the lake or not. It's actually more expensive than the (slighty) bigger unit in phase 1. From memory, Tower 2 had a 13xx sqft units for 593k, only 3 rooms, but each room is bigger. Overall, both good choice. I picked the dual key concept for the flexibility it provides.

There's a few other condos with similar unit size and price nearby.
