i like cyberjaya when i first visit this city last month.
it very greeny ,peaceful city, wide road and all the building organize nicely.
so i decided to buy a soho at 3rd avenue for my retirement or for my weekend home.
may be for my son to stay when there study there.
since it will have hospital there, so will good for me will i getting old.

So draw your own list of pro and con, if you prefer to stay in a very congested area/traffic, then put it as a pro , actually no right or wrong thing, remember just your own choice. wink.gif

And do not be a slave to others, by allowing them  to make a decision for you.

Actualy my wife and i like this area very much. very peaceful, less congested. it not like the area i staying now at kl and the place i worked. Jammed everyday, polluted, very frustrated.

since this is my last property investment. so we decide to choose a place we like. Dont care about the rental or over supply issue. we decided to buy something we like.

i think there are no link with mid valley.
mid valley only a place. cannot compare with a city.
we must compare city to city
This link with be cyberjaya compare with subang jaya or petaling jaya.
All this three also satelite city.

actually gov want this cyberjaya to be succesful.
They put in mex highway, mrt line2, HSR.

ministry of financial have 55% at cyberview.
They dont want this cyberjaya failure.

Because of this mrt2 dont have station at ioi city mall. they rather to put it in to the cyberjaya rather at ioi city mall.

sign s&p same time with me.
He told me that he choose cbj becouse of the peaceful enviroment here.
He visit many aready places like bangsar, mk, mv, kl center but he still choose cbj.
He said too my condo there.

look like very thing good at cyberjaya. no old building, no kampung building, widen roads, mrt, hsr,
no mix development with factory, many university,international school, 24 hours eatery, safe city,
cctv at all roads junction, many shopping center . rclxms.gif
