It is good that you made your own decision to buy a property, after considering some plus  factors vs some bad one. Actually it is your own money, hence u are entitled  to a decision of your own.

Me too, I bought a property in CJ and happily moving in.

Even in the most democratic country in the world let say USA ? , I still do not like the free shooting everywhere so frequently in that country. 

Can u really sleep well if such thing is happening near the place u are staying like if with ..USA scenario    but for me I can sleep peacefully in Cyberjaya. 

So draw your own list of pro and con, if you prefer to stay in a very congested area/traffic, then put it as a pro , actually no right or wrong thing, remember just your own choice.

And do not be a slave to others, by allowing them  to make a decision for you.

3rd avenue quite nice, good location too...close to everything, and not too conjested with other development in Cyberjaya.

If could afford to buy a weekend home, shouldn't limit your son to university in cbj and retired to a Soho unit.
Students and Arabs tend to be more active at night. Not unusual to find 24hours restaurant e.g McDonald's to pack at midnight.

Nottingham university, Monash university, etc are more reputable than lkw at cbj.

If you believe your son deserves these universities.

Just ignore him, he's not worth your time. Your decision is fine, it's good to see you care about your son's future, and either way, it's just a property. If it doesn't work for your family, and can always treat it as an investment, rent it out or sell it later on. Cyberjaya is pleasant township with a bright future. I bought here as well and I'm looking forward to move in when my condo is completed.

4 actually, as I opted for the Type F unit (3 bedrooms + attached studio). Dual key concept. I plan to turn the studio into my master bedroom. The other rooms and the living room are not very big, but I'm ok with that.

I've been eyeing Cyberjaya for years, but they didn't use to offer this kind of condo until recently. That's the upside of the silicon valley vision failure: CB is now becoming a place to reside in and enjoy.

My child joins Herriot Watt this year, a U with nice lake view also, RM 50m  set up if have not mistaken ?

We need to be fair to our children , assess whether they can cope with their studies first.

What is the point of sending them to the among the "  best" U  , or taking the  Best Studies ( to show off ? ) , and turning the children  into failures if they could not really cope with and later drop out.

30% of our U new graduates are jobless and some are selling naki lemak after graduations , so there is no guarantee  for success ,  Life after U .

Parents should be realistic and be open minded....and let the children enjoy their U life..........my choice maybe

950 + 342 = 1292 sqft. 600-635k after discount, depending on whether the unit face the lake or not. It's actually more expensive than the (slighty) bigger unit in phase 1. From memory, Tower 2 had a 13xx sqft units for 593k, only 3 rooms, but each room is bigger. Overall, both good choice. I picked the dual key concept for the flexibility it provides.

There's a few other condos with similar unit size and price nearby.

That piece of syed putra land had been there for the past 40yrs...failed to take off many times.

No problem for me to drive to kl bukit bintang, bangsar or publika during weekend. Weekday I only wanna peaceful and no hassle life after work ... Cycling, jogging, or movie after work. Chill when i dining or do grocery

how much min property price can foreigner buy in cyberjaya?
i think in KL minimum 1mil right?
