Becoz lover doesn't mind silicon valley or not, only haters cares.. lover only knew it's lovely place to live, while haters jeli coz cbj almost sold out.. making haters hotspot become dengue hotspot.. haha..

With over 20 towers completing in next few years, cbj population will be doubled or more. When cbj is amalgamated with putrajaya to become ft, price will uuu, better to bbb before next ge.

I think they rather rent to pak hitam or lelong than move in..

That explained why mirage is at current stage now.

i like cyberjaya when i first visit this city last month.
it very greeny ,peaceful city, wide road and all the building organize nicely.
so i decided to buy a soho at 3rd avenue for my retirement or for my weekend home.
may be for my son to stay when there study there.
since it will have hospital there, so will good for me will i getting old.

many pak hitam there?

It is good that you made your own decision to buy a property, after considering some plus factors vs some bad one. Actually it is your own money, hence u are entitled to a decision of your own.

Me too, I bought a property in CJ and happily moving in.

Even in the most democratic country in the world let say USA ? , I still do not like the free shooting everywhere so frequently in that country.

Can u really sleep well if such thing is happening near the place u are staying like if with ..USA scenario but for me I can sleep peacefully in Cyberjaya.

So draw your own list of pro and con, if you prefer to stay in a very congested area/traffic, then put it as a pro , actually no right or wrong thing, remember just your own choice.

And do not be a slave to others, by allowing them to make a decision for you.

As if there is free shooting in kv.

Believe cbj local council policy is modelled after shah Alam and cbj is likely become a second shah Alam when is fully developed.

Actualy my wife and i like this area very much. very peaceful, less congested. it not like the area i staying now at kl and the place i worked. Jammed everyday, polluted, very frustrated.

since this is my last property investment. so we decide to choose a place we like. Dont care about the rental or over supply issue. we decided to buy something we like.

I like what u share with us, a fair opinion.

Choose a lifestyle that is suited for you and your wife , and do not force yourself to live in someone's shadow and stay unhappy with.

Everyone is entitled to his or her own dream, importantly it is to make his/her dream comes true, no matter how small or big the dream is.
