Well, my point is that matured area already appreciated a lot especially during the bull market. So it's at its peak.
If u think new property beside pr1ma affects the appreciation, I put your sentiment to existing neighbourhood and the price might drop right? But it's just a question, not that I can predict. and don't be too quick to judge ppl.

From what I see Pr1ma is not low cost house. So it's just like any other condo or apartment around.

There is a McDonald's at puncak Alam for many years. If McDonald's is yardstick, does it mean cbj is only now catching up to puncak Alam?

Cbj will have more choice on FnB, why haters like to compare this and that? If compare too much later you cannot accept the fact and later somebody will claim it's personnel attack..

Cbj is play hard, work hard, study hard, eat hard, sport hard, live hard, so obesity is only for the people without hard.. not the FnB problem, is personal choice to stay obesity..

But I cbj got heart specialist is another added advantage.. anything with specialist are welcome in cbj, coz cbj seems to be specialist and professional city.. haters pls don't jeli ya..

cyber jaya is a township.
the silicon valley planned they admit failed long time ago
that is why they opened to private developers to develop this land. because land is so well equipped with best infrastructure like underground cables, utility, drain,. high speed internet, 99.9% availability of electricity commitment it's so wasted if they do not utilise it for a township
so cyber jaya is a township....
