"Worth" or not is very subjective. And, normally not the 1st Q to ask for own stay.

B4 decide where to buy for own stay, will u ask yrself and family members whether like the unit, the place, and the surrounding environment first? Then only compare which unit within the same place worth to buy?

the jam usually starts at bkt jalil area however if you are heading to kL, you may use the opp lane which authority closed down just to smooth the traffic. If u hit mex hwy (putrajaya toll) n you can exit Jln tun razak (RHB) at 0720.
Yes cyber is far distance wise but less jam compare to other areas.

Btw, for Phase 1B, the build up is small. Land sizes are 22x70, 22x75 (both b.u 1680sqft) or 22x85 (bu 1828 sqft). I guess can't consider as super link.

For 2S 22X70, BU 1680sqft is very small. After deduct carporch, staircase etc. You probably left with 1400sqft usable area. Size is similar to mid-size condo.

Seri Kembangan to Jalan tun Razak also 30mins + 30mins during peak hour, Because SK has become a conjested town (need to spend 20-30mins to go mex highway in the morning)
