Well now there's nothing at Bandar Malaysia too. Once the station is there, business and commercials will grow. So the same if they stop at putrajaya. It will bring more prospect to this area. Unfortunately they decided not to have a stop if not sharing ERL track.

I suspect the initial plan to have Putrajaya station is based on YTL's proposal for the HSR last time...so they utilise the same track. Now I think their chances of winning the project is low. Most probably china will get this.

Assumed incoming supply will complete in the next 4 years; mean each year number of unit vp will be more than double of existing stock. Unless currently there is a acute shortage or mass migration, there will be a serious overhang in condo/apartment in Putrajaya.

The more coming to the market, the merrier. Equivalent number of unit will be available for sale, to rent or reduced demand somewhere else.
