Can anyone tell me what is up with Cyberjaya, i just pass by through today to find potential investment, went through Cyberia crescent 1,2, smarthomes, the domain, ARC and a few apartments. 1 out of 3 are up for sales.

Sure or not? Cbj is very convenient to every amenity, high rental demand from foreigners, have many highly paid mmc jobs there and is the center of universal. May be kiasu re agents put up for sale banner without owner knowing.

Is it? Sure you went through cbj? Cbj has the highest concentration of universities in the whole country if not the whole world and every foreign students need a place to stay.

Depends on your luck since now there are quite a lot of new supply.

With the current market, many is selling. It's buyers market now, so take your time to find some good deals. And generally residential rental is dropping everywhere and return is low.

which project right now is demand more than supply? all newly VP project have 30-40% of units up for sales la...

Most if not all investors have silver and gold mountain backing, they are unlikely to sell with less than 1000% roi.

With the tenant from putrajaya, now i know garden hold one advantages over other highrise deep into cyberjaya
Garden is the at the border and its nearest to Putrajaya as told by my tenant

And it is cheap compared to the previously the tenant rent 2800 for 6 persons. now they rent for 2 units 1000 each
