DID YOU KNOW?

As per the MSC masterplan, CYBERJAYA comprises of 2 main zones:
1) FLAGSHIP ZONE
2) SATELLITE ZONE

user posted image

The SATELLITE ZONE comprises of:
1) Selangor Cyber Valley,
2) Bandar Nusaputra,
3) Pulau Meranti/Sierra,
4) Putra Perdana/Amanputra, and
5) North Dengkil.

And reckon it is a matter of timing before the municipality (MPSp) reclassifies the five areas under satellite zone as Cyberjaya.

Shaftsbury Square

Public areas and amenities are well taken care of as many of the condo units (more than a hundred) are turned into 4-star Serviced Residences

And what difference do you think it will make? The location is still where it is, and leasehold.

It will elevate Cyberjaya from a township into a town/city

I've been waiting for McD to come to cyber for 5 year...owell

Alamanda putrajaya is too far, puchong gateway is closer but there is a no go place during rush hour.
*
McD Putrajaya precinct 2 on Jalan Tuanku Abdul Rahman (near MOF/Seri Wawasan bridge) is already completed and opening very soon. It is a standalone two-storey structure complete with children playplace. Beautiful setting directly facing the lake.

As nearly all of banking activities can be done off-branch/online, most banking groups are consolidating their branch network.

don't think the putrajaya HSR will be anywhere nearby ccc.

it most likely on east side of putrajaya

do refer, you can see the location of putrajaya station is at east south of hutan ayer hitam

I think you're right! And remember this name...SUNGAI MERAB

user posted image

Look it this way...

- The HSR won't be stopping at KL Sentral and similarly may bypass Putrajaya Sentral

- The HSR may benefit the locality of SUNGAI MERAB (location of Putrajaya HSR station?) just as it may prop up the value of SUNGAI BESI AIRPORT (aka Bandar Malaysia)

That is not Putrajaya. Sg Merab is Dengkil/Kajang border.
Any good reason to have station here?

Did you know...

IOI Resort City borders Putrajaya Federal Territory (PFT) but is NOT part of the PFT.
In fact, IOI Resort City is under the jurisdiction of Majlis Perbandaran Sepang (MPSp).
However, IOI Resort City is part of "Putrajaya Selangor" and even bears the following address:
IOI Resort City
62502 Putrajaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan

Similarly...

Putrajaya HSR City borders Putrajaya Federal Territory (PFT) but is not part of the PFT.
In fact, Putrajaya HSR City is under the jurisdiction of Majlis Perbandaran Sepang (MPSp).
However, Putrajaya HSR City is part of "Putrajaya Selangor".

And to answer your question...

Sg Merab is an ideal location for the Putrajaya HSR City station as PFT proper is too built-up to cater to the HSR rail alignment specs (i.e. as straight and as flat as possible).

Whatever. Let's agree to disagree...

My guess is Sungai Merab and your guess is Putrajaya Sentral

We can revisit this post after some years and I am quite confident you'll be disappointed

For those who still think the HSR gonna stop at Putrajaya Sentral, sila melihat peta yang berada di bawah ini...
