but i recommend DANIEL HO , new lecturer for CAT paper 10 . Also will lecturing
ACCA paper F9 and P4. 'ho liao' ah.

anyone had been to kasturi before?? how is it the environment..i mean 1 class equal to how many people?? i wonder why kasturi fees its more cheper than others laaaa....

for F7 and F8 paper, u should consider MCorange or kasturi only.
FTMS not good 1. lectured there 1 year only. all young guys.

mcorange fee for paper f7 & f8 is RM 910.00 including revision class. quite expensive . but their lecturers
are good and has been lecturing for more than 10 years.

kasturi, lecturer for paper f7 & f8 is not known yet bcos the timetable is only available next week. i think the fee only between 700 to 800 only including revision class.
but when u saw the timetable already and the lecturer for F7 is joe fang or keith farmer and the lecturer for F8 is philip woo, u can consider it.
the Kasturi course fee is cheap bcos his director said he more emphasis on the result of the students and not $. can u imagine their revision class fee can get 50% discount if re-sit. this sitting , i got 50% discount.

kasturi environment is very good. got one class room which can contains more than 200 students. the building is new .

i hope this can help. don't go FTMS . shit 1. the old lady toilet cleaner will scold u when u go inside toilet after she just mocked and cleaned it. bcos she said not dry yet. wah, she can cleaning it after the classes has began , right ??
always clean before class begin 1. shit.
last time , i was scolded by her. hellllll

and also, at FTMS , u must pay full term course fee. No 1st or 2nd term payment 1.
and u must wear sudent card when inside the college. if not,the guard will scold u 1.such the hell college but their F6 and F9 lecturers are good. no argue about that.

Not prof enuf in giving revision la....lastime kasturi viknes class missed, so went ftms, most of it is the own student tat attend didnt like kasturi,so the lecturer didnt revise properly, n go home early ....aiyo...

Duno how its full/partime class...but revision...one time enuf... kasturi better in revision, lastime parmindar revision class not bad, u get wat u pay

Yeah....kasturi is good, ex-kasturian...hope will not join kasturi again next time.....
Lecturer is friendly and committed.....i thk what andrew pang say shd be true la....keith farmer n joe fang joining KSA.....but philip woo the problem is his class normally conducted twice a month n his class quite long session....but wont bored u la his class.....u never feel the long hours. I was his ex-student for 3.1 and can say he is reliable....
Ya, i thk ftms environment not so student friendly....attended once there for 3.6 IRC and quite terrible the classroom....

BTW, where can i get McOrange latest timetable? I cant find it in their website....it's old one.....

bout the new sylllabus rite, i just wonder the sentence "student cannot skip module until they finish the whole subject in the module" means that, if student fail current 2.6,next sitting they cannot sit for core paper in essentil module?bcos 2.6 = F8 is skills module..hv to wait 6 month for tis F8 to pass than can proceed to essential module is it?? one more thing, if core paper i heard that we can take in any order..like takin P3 first rather P1..?

aaaaaaaaaaaaargh 3.3 is so Fcuked up! .... this is so depressing.

question 2, NPV was only 4 freakin marks. sensitivity analysis was way out of my knowledge in the ques.

I noticed that mostly the discussions are about colleges in KL...
So, I was wondering which college should I attend for my core in Penang ar?
Basically there's only a few to choose from...not much choice...hehe

wanna ask whether those revision class in Kasturi or McOrange will really help us to pass the exam? Just wanna know before i invest such a huge money for their intensive class or tuition class..

ooOoo now now relax my paper sucked big time too ... ACCA is always full of suprises!! hehe now get 3.3 out of ur mind...and move on to the next paper... !

Well one thing u must understand is tht every subject in ACCA has very veryyyyyyyyyyyyy wide syllabus!! and to make it even worse we have to study and digest everything in just 5 months! Obviously It's IMPOSSIBLE!

so Always remember, when ur studying make sure You are very very exam focused, dont try studying everything.. You can never do tht..and even if u manage to study everything.. You definitely cant remember everything
So be smart in choosing to study the topics tht are more Important!
Always refer to Past Year exam questions..and see how the trend goes..whats the examiner's favourite...
Ofcourse ACCA can be very unpredictable sumtimes, and they will go crazy..and ask questions tht they have never asked before..if ur very unlucky like my 2.5 paper dis sitting But most of the time, the trend stays the same....

I dont know about u guys out there, But dont u think the paper is getting tougher and tougher nowadays?? I think ACCA is trying to increase their quality more, but making our life more miserable... haiiiiih Do u ppl think the same? Or is it just me?

I want to ask regarding receiving the exam results by e mail. Which e mail service provider, either Yahoo or Hotmail shall i use so that i can receive my results earlier?

hotmail - can received in morning.
yahoo - at night. bcos need virus scan.

from past experience, sometimes my friends who have no internet connection ask me to help them check their results for them..and I notice that those using hotmail and gmail tend to receive their results earlier than those using yahoo.

Last sitting one of my friend who was using yahoo received his results a few hours later than us!

so if u can use hotmail or gmail would be better i think


anyway...why didn't anything from the article come out for 3.3?!?!? Every sitting something would come out from the article..why non this time??? I was expecting porter's five forces so bad or did i miss any questions?

question one was similar to question 2 BLA in Dec03 i think..But not enough time to complete it ! question 2 very little marks allocated for the stuff u have to do... I feel too acca is getting tougher n tougher every sitting...so we have to be stronger n stronger!

u must attend full or part time class in order to help u pass the exam.
the purpose of revision class is to recall what u had learnt in the past.
