Just need to talk to them to check. I submit n skip the paying part & wait for them to readjust the price, b4 complete the transection. Some seller no price change & only offer discount if hit certain amount spending.

i experienced EZBUY's last 11.11 and 12.12. It was really bad. Orders were delayed 1-2 months and some even got lost in their warehouse. Ended up asking them to refund and compensate for the delays. Avoid shopping during those times.

See see someone already experience it. Take my advice don't take the risk if you really wanted it badly.

I tried it and really bad experient!!
Bought 11 items ,lost 3 items.
2 out frm 8 got defect. Scratches, broken edge.. and the items i receivef is like the product that left for so many years in the factory, some metal stuff even already rusted..
What to do? Ask them send again thn pay another stupid shipping fees..? Or send the item back ask for refund? Both also need to spent another stupid shiping fees! At the end i js gave up.
Doesnt really help save money and put me in frustration only.

Don't buy during 11-11 la, is a time for many of them dump stuff, and with the volume logistic will also bad.

How you bought? I've been buying stuff off taobao for at least 7+ years. Like a lot of stuff. I've never lost a single package. You cannot selamba choose whatever. Need to check reviews. Seller ratings. Etc. You buy from rubbish seller memang got issue lah. Where isn't like that.

I used an agent in Penang to buy on behalf of me. Paid RM8500 for some office furnitures. But the shipping is 50% of the total amount which is RM4500.

Still not receive the shipment yet. Not sure if any items are damaged. Is it worth getting it from taobao?

The lady is in Penang. I paid her RM8k to buy those items. She was recommended by my fengshui master.

Wow....seriously? You can't buy those items yourself? Gosh, fengshui master really making a fortune. Why not you share the list and price individual items?

Those are office furnitures like CEO chairs, CEO desk, office chairs, partitions .... very large items. The lady agent didn't let me know the shipping cost when i purchased and paid for the items. Now she is charging me RM4.6k for shipping.
