small items i collect from them; actually only 2 glass items broken, can claim back

huge furniture, they send; the prime is worth it esp if you can share with relatives to buy

ezbuy has 2 options:
buy-for-me (one time payment from purchase till delivery)

ship-for-me (purchase in taobao, ezbuy ships for you)

you can read the details on ezbuy website

never ever use EZBuy. I started using them before they rebranded into EZBuy and they were good then. Right after they became EZBuy, service quality tanked. It takes forever for them to respond back to your queries. Even if you go to their warehouse they will not meet you. Refunds take forever. Customer Service team is a bunch of sheep who wont bother take your matters seriously. Do yourselves a favour and avoid it like the plague.

Many services like Boxku are way better than EZBuy. Please do some research. Save yourselves the headache

1. Kohler is cheap, almost 1/2 price. But fakes are common.
2. Grohe can be about 20% cheaper, but also beware of fakes.
3. Copycat designer furniture/fixtures are abundant.
4. China designs are a lot more "modern" than what most local shops carry, especially light fixtures.
5. Toilets are a steal from China. So many brands, designs, colours. But official Taobao logistics don't transport porcelain.

Yes, I bought recently or last few months...
Lights, bathroom stuffs including bidet, tap, hose, sink, mirror, etc. Just need to ask the seller or the logistics there to pack accordingly and add protection if required with extra charges.
Last 2 weeks there are big jump on the shipping fees, so you need to pay more for the shipping fees now.

If you go survey at Puchong lighting shop, you will find most of them selling china products also with markup price. So you may go and compare before buying from TB or Shops.
But take note also the risk of buying lights/electric appliances directly from TB....For downlights, I bought Philips online from Shoppee because of SIRIM cert.
For fancy lights, I bought from TB. Just ask the seller whether support Malaysia plug/wiring/voltage, i.e, 3 pin UK plug, 240V, 50Hz power supply.

thanks for the reply!

i actually don't plan to get the branded ones. example for the toilet bowl, this kind also seems ok to me, but since i am not an expert in home renovation, not sure what are the things i should lookout for when purchasing these stuff

https://item.taobao.com/item.htm?spm=a1z0d....id=542681087224

i agreed.. china designs look sooo nice, though can find similar ones in shopee... but no confident in the reviews.. i trust taobao's review even more lol

currently already ordered some samples for tiles.. not sure laa really worth or not, because i heard there are many kind of tiles... but will just see how laa once the samples arrived
