Yup, bought from taobao. I dint try to look for this tool at local shop. I used to online shopping.

I bought LED strip instead of T5. Much cheaper. RM 100 for 20 meters.

I saw my fren house install this taobao led strip, not bad, but dont expect very bright for reading. But im ok coz it serve as ambiance light to me & it is cheap. If u wan it to be very bright i think it is still very cheap to put two strips in a row. Interesting part is there is way to replace broken segment by cutting it out and put connectors. My led strip will only reach on 24th january. Will update again at here after install.

For those who intend to DIY with this tool. This tool is not fool proof. U need a battery screw drill that have torque control, so that u wont damage the plaster ceiling. Worst off u may hurt yourself. Non torque hammer drill is too strong, the drill bit cannot maintain centre (plaster ceiling is not solid strong to maintain the centre drill bit) and damage the ceiling and hurt yourself if u loose grip.

My taobao sea freight arrived earlier than expected on 24th.

It is 1m3 volume, shipping fees rm420. But if i have done proper planning, there is still space to pack in many small items. I order & pay for the items myself to ship to asiadaigou store. I pay with hongleong wise card, coz taobao is under groceries group (only for hongleong wise card. Taobao is not groceries under other card, to enjoy 10% cash rebate). Asiadaigou arrange sea freighy shipment for me

Bro, it is exclusively hong leong wise card. It is not under groceries for other bank credit card.

I think taobao already open for ppl outside china for years. U can register a taobao account with malaysia handphone. U can pay with local internet banking, credit card or topup alipay via agent. Local bank 1.5% transection charge, credit card 3% transection charge. Address need a china address to forward u the items. Eg. Asiadaigou.com china warehouse address, they will give u quotation for shipment fees when the item reached. There is air freight and sea freight, each of them got own advantage and limitation. Big items, electronic product, furniture, foods.. use sea freight, but sea freight takes 21-28 days to receive the item.
It is at own risk. But so far i dont encounter any problem shipping coffee grinder, table, clothes, motorized projector screen.. Taobao maximize the value of your spending. I setup home cinema xD

I dont know wat is it proper name. Plaster ceiling drill cutter? Hole opener? Hole cutter? Haha

U need torque control battery powered screw driver power drill to use it. Normal power drill will damage your plaster ceiling

I dint go to weight the item. They put 4 chairs in one box. I bought 8 total. One box size is around 0.6m x 0.6m x 0.6m = 0.21 m3 if estimate according to floor 2 X 2 feet tile. My sea freight is based on meter cubic, m3

If u r looking for LED downlight & can accept 9W philips brand, get it from local online store is cheaper. Same model same item.
