Based on my purchase from ezbuy, and some other agent their markeup is not that much, (my rough calculation) around 6% for currency exchange, the rest are still reasonable. Anyhow you still need to arrange local logistic if the product are heavy (that if the seller want to shop oversea)

so ezbuy prime shipping is really regardless of weights and dimensions ?

you can buy 100 sofas and they will charge you RM8.8 or whatever from China to Malaysia. as long as its in a single order. I bought 2 cat towers (~30kg or so), a cooler bag, some few nicknacks, fire blanket, and blah, and shipment was RM8.8. previously sis bought around 8x eames chairs also RM8.8 for shipping to malaysia. too bad the trial been reduced to 5 days now though. so some hiccups can be damn annoying.

but... from Malaysia port to your house there are other charges.

RM8 <15kg
RMXX 15-25kg
RMXX 25-35kg

etc and so forth. please note that its not a perfect system, there are a few hiccups from ezbuy but so far, still ok in my books.

dunno if the annual membership worth it. but i guess if you share with friends, then its cheap.

Can consider prime membership from ezbuy. RM8.8 per checkout only for shipping fee. Recently just bought a 2.2meter tv cabinet from ezbuy.
You may want to combine with other items for 1 time check out and all you need to pay is RM8.8 for oversea shipping to ezbuy warehouse. Then you need to pay for the local transportation. It just cost me about RM160 for 160kg.
For bulky item not recommend you to choose pick up point unless you have your own lorry to deliver.

yeah. seems they are setting up some more self collection points. but the issue with that is. not everything will be delivered at once.

for instance my current order.

4 items arrived di, not sent to me yet. apparently using ninja van.
1 item on the plane or wherever. still not marked as arrived.
2 items still in china. waiting for ship.

so if you wanna pick up gotta go at least 3 times. i think they just selamba throw on whatever ship/plane thats leaving. but if you pay the delivery fee to your house, then they will deliver when it arrives. the cost is their own problem. LOL.

in that case...i will wait until all orders have been delivered to self-collection point then only i go

It depend on the seller shipping pattern. The warehouse will not want to keep too long because it will be lost in the warehouse if it was keep too long. Lost as in misplaced, moved, stolen, damage. These things do happen everywhere.

yup. of course. no one want to hold things for too long as it also takes up valuable space. thats why ezybuy also just ship out whatever they have as soon as they can. so most economical is paying for delivery. just got first package from them today via ninjavan. another 2-3 otw.

Lucky for me now they have self collect at Bandar Puteri, convenient for me.

for those who going to take part in 11.11 better be prepared lol. gonna be so many delays. hahah. damn selow.

Don't buy few days before 11.11, during and few day after. Unless is dirty cheap.

we normally do buy on 11.11 but i ship to china and when i go up there, just collect. via ezbuy for those 11.11 things high chance missing package or other issue crap. takut jugak.... some of the offers are really sweet.

couriers will be seriously bogged down and will be very slow. as will forwarders. but if no rush, then should all get sorted out in the end.
