They public announced to stop taobao.

https://www.todayonline.com/business/ezbuy-...pers-buy-taobao

Few week back, they official announced not going to deal with taobao in fb and main page. What they do now is recruit taobao seller. And put on their site. You notice now they don't link back to original page to get review and comment.
No more prime  useful unless you all use for US

If you place the link,i think they will quietly place for you to prevent being lockouts again.

If your primary productions from taobao, yeah my advice don't. If products you wanted still have in prime (maybe from US, JD.com or other) still can consider, you can search the production first before decide.

I dont know they also block warehouse address. I think cant totally block warehouse address. There is work around way. Just tell seller send to the warehouse address instead of the registered address. It is extra step to do.

they blocked Ezbuy warehouse address. that's why even submit "Buy-For-Me" also not working previously.

Yes. Go ahead with JD.com products. But choices are limited. Price also not that friendly anymore (more expensive than Taobao).

i planned to buy lots of stuff from taobao via ezbuy. and most of the item falls under the prime category so the shipping cost will be cheaper. now most of the item is not available anymore sad.gif

so i would like to explore other alternative that could offer something similar

no free lunch in this world.
only thing i like ezbuy is their platform which is easy to operate and u deal direct with ezbuy instead of all other sellers.
however, since shit happen so i say bye bye to ezbuy d... bye.gif bye.gif

yes, ezbuy prime markup some substantial amt before they charge u RM8.80. I only order bulky item via Prime (Chairs/Sofa).

and now after changing to JD.com the price gotten even more expensive than before until it doesn't worth to make it Prime. I rather explore different agent and buy directly from Taobao.

i looking forward to switch to Wiwaa since their shipping fees is cheaper and agent fees also lower compared with Ezbuy/Buymall (6% vs 8%); seashipment is RM5/kg vs RM6/kg Ezbuy

but their airshipping is more expensive Rm15/kg vs RM9/13 on Ezbuy/Buymall

Wiwaa Shipping Fee
Buymall Shipping Fee
Ezbuy Shipping Fee

so far i believe Ezbuy is still the cheapest out there for shipping. and also can have those free agent days and other offers from them. last time got free 1kg shipment even. used their ship for me service quite a bit. but recently more in favour of buy 4 me, cause then less stress whether they receive or not. then can just hentam them and no need care what happened so much.

Most of the switches and sockets i got from Taobao are slowly failing after 3 years of usage. Am changing them to Schneider Vivace line of switches and sockets as they spoil one by one.

Talked to my contractor and another friend whom is an electrician.
They also buy their supplies from Taobao. Also admit most other electrician do so too.
Switches aren't a big problem just make sure you make enough research and also to buy 13amp sockets(British 3 pin) instead of the standard 10 amp used in China.
20 amp ones for water heaters and air conds.
The has been no shortages but mostly the springs on the on/off switch wears off pretty easily.

Something like this...but definitely not Siemens branded....more like generic OEM brand.

https://item.taobao.com/item.htm?spm=2013.1...1e-66444c643a43

13amp sockets are hard to find...but mine has the wording STL printed on it...lol
So far one 20amp and one 13amp socket has failed...the switches are still good.
The sockets 13Amp ones ...on/off switch sometimes gets stuck(plastic moulding not cut properly i guess)...but generally can be used.
