depends on brand. most of good exotic wheelset u can get easily at vans urban. but the price, u know lah..

got few more brand.u can either get a decaf wheelset also around rm700+ and one more brand forgot the name around rm400+ that can easily fit tern & dahon.the wheelset also come in disk version or vbrake version.

but please be noted,
take extra caution for the front hub as dahon and tern mostly sized 67mm unlike normal bike 100mm.mine already change the fork and its can occupied 100mm front hub.
and
NOT ALL FRAME CAN accept 451 wheelset.must try and error 1st.v brake also need to mod or change to caliper brakes unless ur bike is using diskbrakes..

I have a feeling that the V brakes will need to be modified and the mudguards won't fit. Need to think if it is worth doing....

I dont think there is such a thing as "king of folding" bike tongue.gif If it suits you, that's your "king"

I one folding I haven't tried is the Birdy. If an opportunity arises, maybe? I may even buy a Speed P8 if a mint one comes along and the price is right. Don't ask me what for.... hmm.gif

hence I don't understand why you would buy a Mit, Merc or Flamingo. It will never be a Brompton and you will always feel cheated! hahaha, sorry

it doesn't have to b a b, as long as it can fold like a b... biggrin.gif

Absolutely, but I don't like the fact that it looks like the real thing when it's not. Perhaps some manufacturers should produce a bolt-on after-market rear triangle that is standard 130mm. That would be a better direction rather than copying someone's design.
