all depends on their subcon

Haha, MS.....
For purchaser, better than BHL/MKH, not as good as Exism....
Big Name but average product....
Don't expect too much, then u will be ok....

Hmmm .... big name , chances the projects is abandoned is low. When come to quality and services ,anyone have bad experience ?

Kinda agree ... most developer will get contractor that get them highest profit during tender process. Plus now everyone want faster completion date.
So i guess, it all downs to luck ... whether the finishing is what we expect or not. Honestly, as long as no major problem like wall cracking, water leaking or others ... I'm good with it.

Frankly, I have no prior experience buying from MahSing nor heard much bad things about it. It used to be a Chinaman developer in that the design and all are typical. But it has changed if you noticed in the last 3 years. The designs are more contemporary.

Bear in mind that Lakeville's architect is Architect 61, a Singaporean outfit. Also, the builder is from China. Don't think it's a small player can handle such a big job.

Spore many private highend project build by china developer, quality also not bad..yup, saw how fast they build Johor project, really impressive.

Anyway developer is starting to ask for second payment of another 10% of Residensi Seri Wahyu project..

Actually mah sing consider very kind edi.. normally developer will ask for next 10% when the foundation is done..

Btw I think very soon they will ask for next 15% because they already built 5 storey..
