You can try SME first then ask for MNC. If you want internal audit in banks, better get engaged with banking client. Banks very different compared to companies
*
Nope. i target those MNCs internal audit. I dont think i stand a chance for internal audit in bank as i dont have financial services audit exposure.

Depends which school of thought. If you think its better to join your client, then you should apply for the relevant department that may have exposure to that client. You also stand higher chance if your client likes you.

If you adhere to the firm soft policy of trying not to join your client, then you will prefer not too have any exposure with that firm

For MNC, i think it's easier if you have been their external auditor / advisory before.

Normally two weeks to proceed with online assessment, after that wait one month for interview.

sorry to bother you
but did you receive like a "we're reviewing your application or application received" email once you submitted your application for KPMG?
cause i didnt (i did receive one from the other companies) and it seems that for kpmg u can't check your application profile like the others
so i'd like to double check

I got a 4-months contract offer from 1 of the big4, is it worth going for it?
I understand I may get a full-time at the end but it is not guaranteed...

mmmm. perhaps they are short of supply.
Can i know which big4 doing this ? Just curious so.

It is actually good for you because of the peak session.
Fresh graduate usually learn a lot in this session.
Beside u can understand the work culture in big4.

The cons will be you wont receive any employee benefit from company.
And you might be only auditing 1 or 2 company throughout this 4 month, so you wont get a full exposure on different industry.

The problem is can you tahan ? tongue.gif

I think its PwC. I heard they're short of staffs for next coming peak which is January 2018 but not to recruit more permanent staffs.

yeah you're right, I wonder why they're not getting perma staffs? knowing their short of staff situation.

btw they're not getting perma staffs any time soon? at least until what month next year?
