Underpaid for your experience, average for your role. But I have a sneaky feeling your lack of higher education might have been hindering your salary offers in the past.

Yes.

They should have paid you RM5,000.00 with transport, living, mobile and meal allowance. Resign from this stingy company and find a better pasture.

Serious answer, no but I feel you are overpaid.

The question was about finding out whether RM3k as a fresh grad is overpaid. And answer is no. But of course we are not concluding that fresh grad should be paid RM1.5k.

RM3k is fair enough. You want more, work your way up, either sapu kuat, jumping ship, basically do whatever you feel like doing to get you better pay. But simply want more than RM3k, so that you feel as an average income earner, even though you're just graduated, zero experience, is not an average case. Unless you get connections, or did EXTREMELYY well in the interview.

So shove the RM3k up your bubu crack and stop complaining.

Exactly right. I believe is coming out to work in the early days should take the opportunity to develop. Hence you have a better bargaining power down the years.

Me myself have been working 3 years since graduating, not an easy journey and it's definitely just the start of a very long one.

I was in a similar boat as you.

Except that my starting salary was 2.5k.

3k seems fair enough with 0 experience. It's not a lot, but it's not underpaid either.
