salary : Sgd 5.5k + AWS + performance bonus
benefits : medical, insurance, employer cpf, handphone allowance etc, which are norm in industry
Location: Singapore

My original scope of works should be Construction related, but company got a R&D with one of the Client to implement new construction method/system, hence send me to manage the R&D project team. Is a good start for me and great learning experience, however, i become more like a product development PM than construction site PM

Previously all experience are under M&E Consultant, for 6 yrs
1st company - 2.4k (one yr)
2nd company - 2.8k - 3k - 3.2k (3 yrs)
3rd company - 4k - 4.2k (2yrs)
Now 4th company (Contractor firm) - 5.5k + AWS

While i think salary wise still below the market rate, as normally PM should be 7k to 8k, however, just jump from Consultant to Contractor, so no experience, no bargain power.

Honestly guys, am I being under paid? i have friends who get offer RM5k+ to be engineer, no experience, fresh graduate. And I have seen a lot of companies paying above RM3k above for fresh mech engineer.

Most of my first job offers at age 22 was around 3.3 ~ 3.8k. I taken the highest of course (coz I am young and I am just looking at money LOL)

I was actually offered another job over Manila and get paid in USD 1.7k. (x4 roughly 6.8k). I declined the offer coz I was advised by many people that the situation there is not safe.
Another offer was also around 5.5k ~ 6k as a business consultant in banking industry.

So that's why I think it is still too little lo. OR I am too greedy idk. that's why I share here and get some opinions.

End of the year update

1st job - 24yrs old, 2.4k - 1year, M&E consultant

2nd job - 2.8k - 2.5 yrs, leaving at 3.2k, M&E consultant

3rd job - 4k - 2 yrs , leaving at 4.3k, M&E consultant

Now coming to 30y.o, 4th job - 5.5k - 0.5 Yr on going, PM for main contractor , contracted AWS , and $100 phone bill , no other special benefits

Hope to get 6k soon or jump to government sector
