I saw a Waxwing model SemiD in Ecopark Ph 10B asking for 1.9 M.
I wonder if this is below developer price. Anybody knows? Maybe prices are coming down.. |

SPSetia needs to resort to 10:90 scheme to move their landed in Setia Alam
Then again... most reputable developers ie Tropicana, IJM, IOI are doing the same. These developers cannot afford to reduce the prices of their townships that will upset their early buyers. |
