if the mall is just ok how can the commie b better...some so called dead or kamoung commie have more customers than here. lazy to drop by trefoil today but counted lights at 830pm...less than 20 lighted units in both blocks.

By counting the move-in application from trefoil mgmt office, trefoil is about 30% occupied (ie: 500 units) currently, out of 1500 units there... Blk C just got their keys 1-2 months ago, Blk A & B were handed over second half last year...

Probably u are not aware of the FREE indoor basement car park are available there.. Anyhow, ppls don't got there during noon time, they only go on late afternoon for dining in LAN JE, YTF and Korean restaurant.

There are no other shops there due to certain management reason.

setia avenue is really performed below expectation. it takes them quite a while to fill up to current standard....

and developers all made mistakes....they tried the setia walk concept in setia avenue but the WALK concept doesn't gel well with local climate and shoppers expectation.

With setia impian shop lots......I also think it will be a while before it gets wong.......surely overtime it will get pretty ok when the apartments are completed and fully occupied.....there are 5000units of apartments there, excluding those from Sunsuria and landed by PKNS and Setia.......that shop enclaves will be the hang out area for the north precinct...


until then......I guess shop owners just have to be sitting duck for the time being....

not forgetting the shops by sunsuria and the new biz precinct by the same developer....

Sp Setia got greedy with setia avenue. They want to sell 2 ground floor lots per building. So most customers have no idea how to get to the top ground floor and got lost around the area.
As a result of this double level, some shops on the 'top' ground floor has no back exit. I wonder how they got bomba approval for CF.

Besides, the guards are overly aggressive at locking up cars that parked in the area. A lot of customers got cheesed off.

Last checked today, edulis all sold out, retusa all south facing units taken, north facing still many units left.

Some ppl not so pantang one... Anyway sales chart shows booking status only, in the end not necessarily must commit. Perhaps we'll c some ppl letting go their units later....

Well those facing T-Junction still can't sell and also those with number 4....Like what i say b4, why Setia developer this time so stupid come out with this layer out? They have been in business for so many years still can make this kind of mistake? (House facing T-Junction)
