This plan is outdated.

Why:
1. Ecoardence Aeres land plot is shown as LTAT, it was sold to Ecoworld long ago. Now Aeres houses also handover to buyers already.
2. Previous ecoworld sales office was shown as Sekolah Menangah
3. Current 1NIH still shown as Kediaman, it has completed long ago.
4. Current forest next to Arundina is actually planned for road linking Setia Alam to Bandar Nusa Rhu , not for cemetary. Check Setia Alam Community Forest (SACF) for further details. The committe just submitted a petition to Selangor government to preserve the forest.

the road to alam budiman had open..

I used the road last Monday, still got barrier but accessible

Indeed I had call Setia Alam and they said its an old plan. Its now a hiking trail and forest reserve. But it belongs to government and they can do anything they want. But likely its going to be status quo for very long.

dont make sence if suddenly a cemetery at that plot of land..

Probably SP Setia has suggested to MBSA to amend the plan as it would affect Setia Eco Park housing price.

Btw, cemetery is still visible from the latest Setia Eco Park launch. Turn the street view to the west side and zoom in, there is a hill on top of the white building.

I think its still visible from certain units that can view the road facing Petron. The Semi-D is built on a higher ground, if you visit their show unit, you can view the cemetery from the family hall area or from the master room. Btw, you have brought their latest semi-D?

OMG. I don't know about others but I find it very spooky and too close for my comfort.

If the owner don't mind but when its time to sell. It will affect the resale value big time due to the closeness to the cemetery and the cemetery view. Good luck.

I almost deposit for the semi-d. but after considering the physiological effect i decided to look for others. investing million (to some ppl. who attack my statement they say is small money) and get a view you dislike is extremely depressing. many of the buyers is not aware of that high class resort cum cemetery, but for me it totally unacceptable.

Yeah, imagine getting both 2 in 1 garden view in front and cemetery view at left/right side for your house

I dont blame the sales/marketing. they also need to survive but don't say its all covered by trees you dont even see it. The problem comes when ching beng. The entire road will be crowded and parked by so many vehicles. As of now weekend also become a hazard with some irresponsible hikers. I cant imagine how its going to be.
