In short still a nice place to stay if you can beat the jam e.g. flexi hour, office in setia alam.... But, IMHO, the jam will get worse since there are a lot of upcoming big township e.g. Setia alaman, Bukit Raja new phases, Eco Ardence.... These developers and Gov have to look into new enter and exit points ASAP. |

With so many apartments going to build in Setia Alam: Setia Residense, Forums, Eco Ardence Duduk and another developer project Tuai. The traffic will getting worst. |

i had a look at the annual report of kossan FY2019 and there was no property with Setia Alam address except for two units at Trefoil. must be a recent purchase.....but they seem to be expanding big time in Bidor.

I think it's the hs(d) 264386 in mukim Bukit Raja for the office, if you look at the annual report. As the trefoil address also is the same Mukim. |
