I think still ok, only those houses price above 1 mil having difficulty to sell. Btw, not all people works in KL & I believe some might put more consideration on other issues than commuting time, don't u agree?

If u reas back few post behind, you can see a forumer actually took photos of the presentation slides on launch day. It clearly stated there LCR or IRP is there. Which sales person you speak to? I was told by Mortgage Loan Staff from UOB that Lawyer fees is not covered by SA, but Sales staff from SA says got. Lol

Ya, saw the slides....both sp staffs also not from sales department....oh ya, the staffs also told all fees borne by sp but the loan fees borne by purchaser....when I read the slides, all fees borne by sp wo bangwall.gif

From house no. 4 to no. 16 all sold out while on the left hand side not many people buy. I wonder why.. Is it because that row of houses facing northwest? Actuallyits facing north right?

Most people prefer the Edulis Type J , which has large living area at the 1st floor. And also those unit are facing north orientation.

Launched quite sometime ago. I think still have unit available. Not very good selling due to high psf. Can go to Setia Alam welcome center to check check.

Yeah, the last i saw one of the tower sold out like 70-80%.
SCM2 should be ready by early 2019.
