I think is standard, once a loan rejected deposit will be refund full together WITH the bank letter and again..is when they will refund u......

Better than DIBS. No payment involved during construction. Developer only issue payment after vp. Rebate 2 + 2% means cashback 4% after VP timing.
20k booking, sign snp timing pay remaining 10%. Then wait until vp, get cheque for 4% cashback. Interesting package. |
