if u concern abt traffic flow. Then u need to think twice abt setia alam coz setia alam plus pkns only oredy 4000 acres but only one direct exit to nkve.

In fact, the main exit of Rimbayu, tropicana and sanctuary is not from kk. They only use kk brand to push the project.
If not mistaken, the main exit is near to saujana putre.

If u concern abt Factory in setia P11. U oso need to think twice abt Ijm, tropicana and ew projects coz If come from kk. U oso will c the light industries on left. biggrin.gif biggrin.gif

Cemetery.... biggrin.gif many ppl dun knows.

hello......SA was passed down to Shah Alam before Shah Alam became a city lah....like in the 80's, not when TanSri wanted to develop the land then applied to become shah alam.

1.2 mil cluster semi d with guard only. For own stay, maybe u can consider setia damai as well. GNG, bigger land area n BU.

I only said setia is in Klang. End of Jalan meru. Tis is fact. Kota Kemuning is in Shah Alam. Tis is fact oso.
U book teksi in klia/ klia2, can ask them gv u same driver ! biggrin.gif

Such as some small project in end of Jalan meru. Developer will using setia alam name as well.
