Hi! Thank very much for the information. One of my main concern also on KK is the traffic flow. As for now either in the morning or evening, heavy jam at the main entrance road to KK and also at the Bukit Rimau. if u concern abt traffic flow. Then u need to think twice abt setia alam coz setia alam plus pkns only oredy 4000 acres but only one direct exit to nkve.
In fact, the main exit of Rimbayu, tropicana and sanctuary is not from kk. They only use kk brand to push the project.
If not mistaken, the main exit is near to saujana putre.
If u concern abt Factory in setia P11. U oso need to think twice abt Ijm, tropicana and ew projects coz If come from kk. U oso will c the light industries on left.
