Went there 2day noon around 4.30pm....surprise to me...not much people here.....BUT surprise to me...when Edulis sold out almost 80% or more......

Just left those facing the T junction (road). Why they still design houses facing the junction knowing it hard to sell and no one want it.....after so long Setia still have not learn it???

On the Semi D Retusa....well, times are tough.....plenty left over....now starting from RM 1.27k onwards and bulid up 3100++ above....

Seems that properties above 1 mil difficult to sell nowadays in SA or perhaps buyers of this market segment see more value in Eco park cause heard that last semi-d launch there was sold out
