anyone having information, that beside vila forest, there is a cemetery reserve land..is that true?as large as northern cementry

Guys, recently went to setia alam welcome center and saw there is a new launch of 20x65 double storey @ precinct 17. i went to the site and saw cemetery land behind there, quite large though.

also, there are some factory besides the main road, i think is top glove factory. rumors saying that sometimes the factory release some airborne toxic during night time, is that true?

I booked a unit for villosa too. I knew about the cemetery but not a concern to me. Regarding toxic emission is it true?

initially i went to site see and tot only 1 small cemetery hill but manatau after place booking, went again site visit, further in..
there are huge area of cemetery, heard there will be extension of the cemetery in future.

as for the toxic emisssion, i have asked 1 of my fren who worked in top glove. her feedback was usually there will be some party clean and dispose the toxic.
however, sometime they just tuang in the drainage during night. should expect some airborne as well.

i have also asked 1 of the staff in sp setia, they have not received any complaint regarding this so far.

so i guess i might just ignore it first, not sure how true regarding above.

I would say yes on the airborne but I have no way to prove it...jst gut feeling as there is some smell in the air middle of night

Isit some kind of latex smell or wat?
My in law house is at setia alam as well but so far didn't notice there are smell during night, maybe i seldom go out during night when i was there.

some kind of chemical smells...
but that's by 2cents, I cant prove it is from any nearby factory...

rent a unit at there if u so scare, experience first b4 you make a judgement

I'm a resident here myself at SA.

Once bringing my child to clinic in SA for bad cough, the Doc told mainly cause by the airborne & air quality surrounding SA.

Very common for kids to get cough around here. Not sure whether I guys experience the same scenario.

if that's the case, then it would be very serious air pollution which caused bad cough easily.

but i did some search around and found that eventually there are not much ppl complaint about the air quality in SA. how is that so?

Hv stay here for years but didn't smell anything at night. Always look for evidence rather than rumors from others.
Do you look for referral? Can put my name hehe, we are neighbor in future though.
