Hi , I am looking house in setia Indiah 13 . Any future neighbour staying in setia indah 13 ? Give some comment about setia indah 13 ? House type Mimosa and melastoma . Which one better.

Ppl just like new house . And most of the ppl are not ready to buy house ( pay full month installment ) so they opt for project . At least during construction they can save more money and 2 year to get themself ready to commit

Subsale price are depends on the demand and transaction. Personally think the market value is below 5-10% of the purchase price. Thank you.

New launch in setia alam Musika is crazy price.
22x75 close to 1 million . After rebate around 940-950K.

You can find a lot subsale 20x70 and 22x75 at setia Indah only sell 700-800K

House Size almost the same. But the price gap 250-300K.
You can use the money to do renovation and do fully extend already.

However, the new launched still overwhelming respond. Guess nowadays people willing to save the upfront entry cost like low downpayment lawyer fee,legal fee mot etc although the price is more expensive 250K-300K vs subsale (indah 11-13)

Valuer’s can support this value at this moment for Cluster Semi-D ( intermediate ) .

But I believe still have willing buyer willing seller.

Sorry to correct you. By water don’t have Semi-D.
It should name as Cluster semi-D.

Their back to back is connect. No corridor at behind house. Cannot be name as Semi-D
