Ppl just like new house . And most of the ppl are not ready to buy house ( pay full month installment ) so they opt for project . At least during construction they can save more money and 2 year to get themself ready to commit

New launch in setia alam Musika is crazy price.
22x75 close to 1 million . After rebate around 940-950K. You can find a lot subsale 20x70 and 22x75 at setia Indah only sell 700-800K |
