Saw this b4 at HCK property gallery at Aeon BBT. I was told it will be ready and running within 2 years.... But I was quite surprise as there are no news on LRTS at Setia Alam, the nearest will be at Meru. If connect from Meru maybe understand. But looking the LRT route proposed by HCK is coming from the Setia Alam main road and continue to precinct 17 ???? It doesn't make sense..... ? But HCK printed this brochure.... So this there really a LRT at Setia Alam.....

wah this is even greater lie. lrt take 5-6 yrs to build. look at lrt3, it was announced end-2014, then time for financing, awarding of maincon, long way before work starts. LRT3 route has been finalized, no setia alam for sure. nearest is meru TM office. Buyer should call prasarana for clarification. Trust me, their customer service is very good.

Did u question them on the soxo units? like why would a parent let their kid stay in the soxo unit alone? 500sqft or how would families with kids aged 7 etc stay in a 500-700sf shoebox unit. Most SEP/ SA buyers r from pahsang and are used to big houses, wonder wht they r thinking here.

Yes they have a show unit there.. Grand open yesterday..

the lrt is just some agents used as selling point to push their projects... alot of buyers from klang or shah alam... for that price... they din question much... the show unit just officially opened last weekend.... at their PJ sales gallery....

i really dont understand how can edusentral take up rate so high, notice that trefail also offer this kind of unit, location even better, price also cheaper.
anyone can tell the reason ah?
