You should register online first with Lembaga Perumahan dan Hartanah Selangor at http://www.lphs.gov.my/lphs/
During registration you can choose which SelangorKu project you are interested in. Submit all supporting documents online and print 1 set and submit the hardcopy to the developer. Better call the developer ahead in case units sold out.
