I think as long as SPS doesn't become too ambitious with the selling price, the market response should be okay. P11 buyers should be mainly own stayers rather than speculators now.

Case 1: Depart 6.30am, Arrive 7.00am
Case 2: Depart 6.40am, Arrive 7.20am
Case 3: Depart 6.50am, Arrive 7.40am
Case 4: Depart 7.00am, Arrive 8.00am
Case 5: Depart 7.15am, Arrive 8.20am

I always use case 1.....

How long setia alam to exit subang if depart 730am?

need some tips.. the commute hours look so long. I may have a job that is located at jalan sultan ismail. bout 36 fking km from my place. What's the best time combination any of u using?

If ++ petrol and toll comes to bout 5-700, might as well rent a small room

Probably reach between 8.30am~8.45am.

Distance is not critical if there is no traffic jam.

Option1: drive out early from house between 6.30am ~7am
Option2: drive to nearest LRT station and use LRT.
Option3: rent a room in KL. Not only you save $, you also can save time to do something else which is more productive.
Option4: resign and find job which has workplace that near to your house.
Option5: move to PJ or KL where near to your workplace.

I just know dont back from kl to setia alam at6.20,it is a Nightmare at federal highway

Although use motorcycle will more save, but feel dangerous travel in highway, especially a lot of high speed lorry. Hard to give and take

Use car and relax la. Listen to music or MV if traffic jam. Motorcycle is very dangerous especially evening or night time as many hit and run cases happens.

these days, motorcyclists swing left to right and right to left also......
got motorbike lane also they dun use.....

wowww northern SA is sure the hot place to settle down . both walking & floating

they are clearing land nearby cemetery, i checked the Cemetery master plan it is also included the place as well

any further expansion wont make any different. the exissting one is hugh already. any purchashers should have known what they are bargaining for.

eventhough is it huge, but still can blck the view.
