Probably that's the case. I also surprise with Edulis build up speed like no body business.

I think SP Setia may have plan to complete Edulis, fusca and crista at the same time so that the area can be completely handover and start the right hand side of guard house area.

Not sneak in. Just outside the construction site only as my job is site suveyor also.

P11 could be faster than P17 but subject to SP Setia Schedule and Plan which they want to be faster. The shop lot area at Setia Taipan has few auto shops open already now. Hoepfully this place will boost one day.

low (near 0) rental demand shops tends to be infested by car repair, ketuk-ketuk workshop. to them, rent one shop can utilized many many carpark lots for free.
