Why it seems the back lane progress faster than the front one? Is that Edulis?

From this, can i conclude that SP setia advance the progress for edulis first and slow down for fusca/crista due to edulis under 10 90 scheme?

Probably that's the case. I also surprise with Edulis build up speed like no body business.

I think SP Setia may have plan to complete Edulis, fusca and crista at the same time so that the area can be completely handover and start the right hand side of guard house area.

If so, flipper will be crying there. 😂
It will be good if they can handover the same timing, precinct 11 can be more lively instead of like a isolated place in this northen SA.
Before this the progressive billing quite fast, but it been some time never receive billing for new stage.
Anyway, are you one of the buyer here?

Yes. My friend. The P11 and P17 are really not for flippers other they are digging graves sorry to say that. The supply more than demand now in properties market unless SP Setia chop the selling price with 20 or 30% discount. Then market could able to boost up again.

Setia Alam not a good area for investment anymore. For me i just hope Northen area can develop faster, shoplots occupy faster. And faster open the mcd. Hahaha.
Anyway how you sneak in to precinct 11 construction site?

Not sneak in. Just outside the construction site only as my job is site suveyor also.

P11 could be faster than P17 but subject to SP Setia Schedule and Plan which they want to be faster. The shop lot area at Setia Taipan has few auto shops open already now. Hoepfully this place will boost one day.

Are you buyer also?

its becoming a low krass workshop, ketuk ketul/paint area? abandoned cars left karat at parking lots. seen many areas turning to these type of rusty junkyard rclxub.gif

one car is already a very no good sign. specially at a long deserted, low (near 0) rental demand shops cluster.

low (near 0) rental demand shops tends to be infested by car repair, ketuk-ketuk workshop. to them, rent one shop can utilized many many carpark lots for free. rclxub.gif

dun always guess only, there is only 2 tire shop. why u dont think after open this two shop u can easily go change tire , no need to go so far?

Nothern setia alam is a new area, sure will have this situation. I notice there is more then 10 office move in to here, why u dont say this?
