most of 20x65 kena booked...but not all, 18x65 still got 15-20% ratio

Dropby today at 1pm..... Quite shocking... 1st day almost 80% of the 400 units gone. Really breaking all the rules.... The cemetery totally not a hinder at all..... Maybe of the price positioned at the correct level.

Nearby cemetery again? So many new launches nearby cemetery or with cemetery view like Havre, Astro HGTV & Legasi Residen. And now this one also?

Or hidden cemetery?

the cemetery will not be visible if u get the unit that face the main road that connect to setia taipan.

Thats why we should call it hidden cemetery instead of hidden gem.

Congratulate. you book the nearest unit to your final resting place. If you still got bullet, can consider Havre, Astro HGTV or Legasi Residen. all situated nxt to your resting place or your so call hidden gem.

Agree that right pricing is the critical factor for a successful launch this time. As discussed earlier, the proximity to cemetery is the most likely deal breaker for this location. But as long as they r priced 'correctly' ppl shall see the value n go ahead with the purchase anyway.

In another scenario, even with excellent location but 'wrong' pricing, sales shall suffer. That's what happened to the serviced apartment imo.

Haha..even you buy 100km from cemetery, tomorrow you die also immediately go there..do worry wl_n, you will be there sometime..

Cemetery is visible when going in/out of the location, but the units r not facing it literally. That's probably why it's still acceptable by the purchasers.

What an arguement. All the best with your property nxt to your final resting place. Hope you book the nearest unit. The nearer the better for you.
