If SP Setia want the house to be selling like hot cake, they should contribute to the expansion of the Persiaran Setia Alam Meru the remaining section in front of Tenby or Eco Ardence.

Site location is just next to Seri Pinang apartment. I don't think u need to passby RSK though. Agree that in/out can see the cemetery on the hill. That's d major disadvantage n should be reason for d low prices. Hehe.... eager to see public response in upcoming launch.

Got around 200 units only for these 2 types. If no pantang sure good buy. No direct pass by lar but super visible lar 😝

With our current car productions and getting cheaper & smaller and more and more affordable and no scrapping policy in place, i really can't think of which road in the city or urban area not jam in the morning during weekday. (hahaha)

In fact, public transportation like LRT or MRT shall be coming in to SA. This is very big township from SP Setia and also PKNS. How come PKNS never give pressure to the LRT3 to re-route the LRT instead approve the LRT3 to i-city which is owned by Thai group. Also, there is komunter along the federal highway already and now feed them somemore with another LRT. This is really like shit planning from government.

Mmm.... "shall be coming" or should be have.....coming to SA. In the earlier post, they said SA did located a land for MRT but later was scrap. Not sure why. Like u said....PKNS should have pressure for it.....
