18x65 and 20x65, price should be 570k onwards, not too sure.

yesterday itself i saw 6-7 bangla there ady..infact alof of unit reserve for staff ady, SA actualy have it in his phone... u can bodek them n see their mood to show u if u realy q there la...

i checked with SP office, 18x65 - from 580k and 20x65 - from 650k.

Others than the cemetery issue, i somehow notice traffic will quite heavy in this areas, as north numbers of apartments and school, east side also apartments. Especially the road name Persiaran Setia Gemilang which is also link to the main road which also using by the Precinct 11 and Taipai 2 shops.....so the traffic could be another disadvantages too....

If also, this areas going to link to Alam Budiman and to access to DASH highway....then....the traffic..will be a nightmare....

27/8 is the D Day, very interested to see how the market response to this....can't wait...(hahahaha)

Yup, that area shall be a high traffic area. Good for commercial units though.

I think lots of ppl shall aim for DSL 18x65. Very likely it's gonna be BBB.

Agreed... nowadays getting a DSL for this price, will be mad rush for many people in this price range specially this location. So still will the cemetery view a major hinder to the potential buyer...but for me "Yes"..(hahaha)

as i know, every buyer will get 3% and if you r existing buyer for spsetia, depends on your s&p price, example if the house is above 300k, u get additional 1%.

so basically u will get 3% + XX % ( x 300k)
