and one more thing, after we signed the Loan agreement and SnP already, do we need to do anything else? like informing the Danau Lumayan office? rclxub.gif

last week i just signed the Loan Agreement by the way....

chase your loan lawyer.. I also received same letter and currently my loan laywer will going for stamping at hasil next week.. After that the lawyer can advise bank to release money..

thanks for informing bro... me too, my lawyer told me they going for stamping next week too, wonder when they can release the money to the danau lumayan...

so do i need to tell danau lumayan and inform them about this? blink.gif

This means that its already complete 10%...as stated in SnP and developer demand payment from the bank...

Developer chasing money already brows.gif
There is one more copied in "white" which they sent by POSLAJU. "Green" is by mailbox.
I got mine last week too, remeber due date is 1st April 2016 before get penalty 10%p.a. of it.
So chase your lawyer for it and ask them release the 10% from bank loan.

And... get ready to pay Bank Interest starting next month la... mega_shok.gif

are u guys at the same stage as i do?

i think i will call the loan lawyer next week to chase them smile.gif last week they said need to send the loan agreement for stamping and etc... hmm.gif

yea, gotta pay interest next month onwards... first 10% is RM110++ only right? cry.gif

if we still pending for loan, and not yet sign SnP, do we still will kena the 10% penalty?
or is 21 days after signing of SnP?

no kim, the 10% is the interest only... its 30k but its interest is about rm110+ if not mistaken.. smile.gif

Yes, true, I've already posted earlier on the interest rate calculation...around RM100 plus...depends on your interest rate given by the bank...
