My lawyer also told me that they did not mentioned anything about renting to others, but T&C maybe be change by concern of the Datuk Bandar. and SNP also mentioned that if you are dead within the 10 years the house can be transfer the ownership.

can we choose unit ? and where is show unit & office ?

Actually i have no idea about the steps to apply this project. I did registered an account in RumaWip website and updated my profile and even selected this project. Preparing required documents now..

Then ... ? This is my first experience smile.gif

The place is in Danau Lumayan in Bandar Seri Permaisuri.
Just submit all the documents through the portal and wait until Danau Lumayan contact you.

They will request all the required document once you are selected as the potential buyer.
You may choose the unit once you paid the booking.

5% if you have KWSP.
10% if you don't have KWSP (if you already withdrawn from KWSP account for house purchase)

Since the term for rental is not mentioned, means that we can rent the property to others.
No problem.

However, for me, it is for my own stay. I'm not going to rent to others.

you can draw up to 10% from KWSP account, which means RM30k.
But, next time if you want to buy a new house, you need to make loan or use your own money for the downpayment.
