not sure whether they will connect the road to merah silu or not but i tried to drive into the rocky road before and able to reach the project site... but the road is really damn rocky... sweat.gif only go in if u driving 4wd car..

the lawyer fee depends actually, you have to pay the legal fee when signing SnP (2k) and legal fee when signing the loan agreement and stamping.. (3.2k after 50% discount for the first house buyer of stamp duty)

the main bank that source the project is Bank Islam, its listed in the SnP... of coz one bank is not enough, they have multiple banks for this.. smile.gif

Not because of that,I'm worried if I can't get the unit that I want,luckily I managed to get my preferred unit (location,floor,parking location)...just like I wanted

meaning that ur lawyer fee for ur loan agreement is 3.2k only? much cheaper than others
first house buyer can get 50% discount?

i did asked the banker to put the MRTA to the lowest. 8 years min 100k sum insured.
the balance i will get from myself since im insurance agent lol

but still 8 years minimum....

Hmmm.. For Legal fee, I would suggest that you prepare more... expect RM 2k for SnP and 5k for loan agreement fee + stamping..

So total 7k.. and of coz, u might not need to spend that much if the lawyer give you discount or the bank can include the loan agreement + stamping fee into the loan..

My case is that I paid the SnP fee RM2k by myself and my loan agreement + stamping fee included in the loan. smile.gif

The normal one that ppl use in house living hall, is 2x2 tile smooth surface and shining.
so 1x1 will be divided by 4 of the 2x2 tile. instead of 1 big piece, it bcm 4 small pieces.
which is nt my preference lol. and worse if the 1x1 tile is white color rough surface sweat.gif
