maybank cant process yet, cimb bank do not have the record in their system, rhb bank also cant process yet (i guess) coz last week they just receive enough document from the developer..

and yet the developer asked us go go bank to find loan rclxub.gif

if lets say i got the offer letter, i need to prepare 30K down payment.
but i only have 10K and the rest i planned to withdraw from EPF.
not sure if can apply Skim rumah pertama because my monthly income slightly over the limit of the criteria.
anyone have similar situation?

pbb is the fastest to reply, what rate they offer at what margin? signed the loan offer edi?

do u know what is the next step after sign the loan offer letter?

wonder how much legal fee to prepare... hmm.gif so headache..

i know the bank now cover some of the legal fees like the loan stamp duty fee, loan agreement fee..

i paid rm15k first then now im still waiting for the loan offer from bank..

i think if i got 90% loan, then i need to pay another rm15k to the developer..

then some forumers here said, need another rm5k for all the legal fees.. but i just knew recently, bank loan covered some of the legal fee such as stamp duty for loan agreement and some fee for dont know what.... rclxub.gif

How long did you actually wait once you submitted all the required documents?
Dunno how much it will cost for downpayment and all legal fees... sweat.gif


From my experience...there are legal fees for bank loan and the other one is the legal fees for S&P...
Bank may include the legal fees for bank loan...which means need to pay higher installment each month...

I paid the first 5% at the end of december, then finding bank loan up to now..

Still waiting for the bank offer then i can proceed to sign the loan offer if found one..

Then will proceed to sign SnP (pay legal fee of rm2.5k) and sign loan agreement with the bank (pay another 4k)

my case is that, because the bank islam loan do not include into the loan amount.. (just went to the bank just now)

Then after that should be all..

oh ya.. the 10 % need to settle with the developer which is rm30k... unless the bank can lend you more than 90%... then u can pay less to the developer...

something like that.. anyone out there please correct me if i calculated wrongly.

EPF can withdraw later to pay for another 15k.

However, hard to find new property RM300k with 3R2B elsewhere in KL...
I've already make EPF withdrawal once...so cannot withdraw my EPF anymore...

Need to find other source of funding...
I preferred Pr1ma Brickfields/ Bukit Jalil...But I think the price is around RM400k...
Which unit do u get? The one facing KLCC or Bukit Jalil?

Actually the term for Rumawip is don't have any property in KL...
Mine is in Bangi...therefore still eligible... smile.gif

I think if got more than 2 property also can...but must not be in KL...
