What do you mean by upgrade port? You're trying to upgrade to higher speed? There are situations where there are no available ports for higher speed, I believe the online coverage check is for UniFi availability only but it is not specific enough that the port is available for up to what speed.

U can downgrade, but there is penalty RM500 imposed in ur bill if u r still in contract.

Anyone use TV box to watch movies online, such as through apps like VST, Youku, PPTV..? Is it extremely slow?

I am on Unifi 30, yet streaming movies this way is extremely slow. It is much better though, if I watch videos on Youtube.

My TV Box is connected through powerline to my TP-Link router.

Speedtest usually gives 25-28 Mbps download.

same here, speedtest never fail to excite 30-35mbps but connection to internet is intermittent. sometimes need to refresh 2 3 times.

I already complaint to TM via web 2 times but seems like no action...haaiizz....

same case with me. just received the bill amounting of RM 149 for internet and RM 50 for HyppTV. total would be RM 199. fyi, this is my first bill for 30 Mbps package.

Those STB load content from China server usually.

I believe TM is having some routing issue to China server currently.

Make sure your powerline connection is good.

Oh yes, my powerline connection is good, because my Speedtest ran on the TV Box also fetched close to 30Mbps.

Question: Do you know if there is any movies app which can download or cache the movies? This is because, since it is slow and always buffering when streaming, if there is a download or cache feature, then I can download and watch later.

but in my occ i have unbilled RM 28 for hypptv..

Which HyppTV are you subscribing?
Mine is Aneka and my bill shows like this:
RM 169 - RM 20 (discount) + RM 30 (Aneka HyppTV) = 179
Technically, the RM 20 discount is for Internet.

i logged a case at 100 last Monday, gonna check with them again today see how.

but the fastest way will be to proceed to TM point

yup my first bill. i went to TM just now. she said the current bill was prorated with the previous one (VIP5). but i afaik, hyppTV was included in VIP5 as well right? so, i supposed no hyppTV charges should appear on the bill. hmmm.

well, she said just wait for my 2nd bill. lets see how.
