From my personal experience,
1. You just return the btu, just pull out the fiber socket from small white box. (inside house)
2. Fiber cable box (outside house) to white box (inside) remain. They will use the same cable for new installation. So for new installation this time just take about 20-40 minutez top.

Hi,
Just received my first bill,
i know the current promotion is RM199 with RM20 discount the final price should be RM179
but mine is RM169 with RM 20 discount = RM 149

same like my old Unifi VIP 10

any one can clarify?
or anyone got the same bill amount like me?

nope, no Hypp TV charges...
my final bill is RM 310.60 = 2 month Unifi (1month prorate & 1 month full) + GST + duty stamp


or maybe because this is first bill and Hypp TV free for 1 month.

because now for almost 1 month my subscription I just watch the HyppTV Comedy Central 3-4 times only...(still free all channel until 28/11/15)
if they maintain charge me RM 149 for Unifi Advance 30 but without HyppTV I will accept it.. tongue.gif

from my experience, straight away you can subscribe new one.
but expect 1-1.5 week down time for new installation..
my suggestion subscribe with different name and the day for new installation, go to TM Point to terminate the old one..
if you are in Klang Valley go TM point UTC Pudu...(easy, less people..)

a quick check at google play
iflix not even compatible to android hypptv box (EC6108V8)
they should solve this compatibility problem first before offer 1 year free to Unifi users
or maybe iflix will update their app by mid Dec whistling.gif

I have this problem too but on my himedia android box..
Got server error.. retry many times still error but it happen for certain video only..
Need to restart my box or router than ok..
Not sure himedia box problem or unifi problem

Anyone know how change default storage in hypptv android box?
Change default storage to external usb or sd card
My other android box got that option..
