dont get cooler master extreme series psu. Its not true-power psu after all.

Get Silver Stone Strider ST50F or ST56F. 500W or a 550W.

peak power value refer to the maximum output the psu can provide during load condition if I remember correctly...correct me if I am wrong... icon_rolleyes.gif laugh.gif

u using onboard vga right?
if you are using your pc, then just stick with the current psu no problem.
unless if you wanna change or going to buy and get a better quality psu, gigabyte superb 460w RM 160.
to be frankly la..your setup doesn't need a lot of power. smile.gif

Both sufficient. They also quite good PSUs. Go for gigabyte if u want modular PSU.
Better u pick Pro instead of GT if u dont need any power/amperage monitoring tool.
